Once services are authorized, the customer agrees to pay for any diagnostics or labor already performed. If cancellation occurs after disassembly has begun, the vehicle will not be reassembled until an additional teardown or reassembly fee of at least $200 and no more than $750 based on the required labor is paid. The customer is also responsible for the cost of specialized or non-returnable parts already ordered, and for returnable parts, they agree to cover shipping costs plus any restocking fees charged by our suppliers on top of the required labor. The mechanic's lien remains active until all of these fees are paid in full. 

When you hire us to inspect a vehicle, our allegiance is one hundred percent to the buyer—regardless of who is paying for the service or where the vehicle is located. Lysirgic Customs LLC Founder and current CEO is ASE Certified and is focused on quality and transparency, our sole mission is to protect the consumer from inheriting hidden liabilities, safety hazards, or potential lemons.
Why Our Inspections Are Different:
A standard hand-held code scanner only scratches the surface, often missing deeply embedded module errors. We utilize advanced, professional-grade diagnostic systems capable of uncovering hidden manufacturer codes, history faults, and modules that basic tools completely ignore.
Rigorous Safety and SRS Verification:
We pay strict attention to the vehicle's Supplemental Restraint System, or SRS. Under consumer protection frameworks and safety regulations, selling a vehicle with a known, active airbag fault is highly problematic. We thoroughly check these systems to ensure you aren't buying a compromised vehicle.
True Transparency:
If a seller or dealership refuses to grant access to the vehicle or objects to a deep-system scan, we view that as a critical red flag for the buyer. We report the objective data exactly as we find it.
Seller Liability Notice:
By booking this service, the client and seller acknowledge that our technicians are bound by a strict consumer-protection code of ethics. We provide accurate, unaltered diagnostic data to protect the purchaser. We are not liable for sales that fall through, or deposits lost, due to safety defects or mechanical faults uncovered during our inspection.

All services require a deposit of $70 to account for fuel and to ensure legitimacy of requested services, which is transferable if rescheduled more than one hour before your appointment. This $70 covers our minimum service cost and is deducted from any final cost of service. This deposit becomes non-refundable one and a half hours before your appointment.

The company, its certified and non-certified technicians, and any other employee reserve the right to refuse service on any vehicle or for any customer at their sole discretion. This includes situations deemed unsafe, inappropriate or hostile, as well as any instances of aggressive behavior or discrimination .Furthermore. technicians may leave a job site unfinished at any point if these conditions arise to prioritize the safety and well-being of the team.

This Estimate and/or invoice may include replacement parts that are not manufactured by the original vehicle manufacturer (non-OEM/aftermarket parts). These parts may be of like kind and quality to original equipment parts. Any warranties applicable to these replacement parts are provided by the parts manufacturer or distributor, not by the vehicle manufacturer. If you have questions or concerns about the use of non-OEM parts, please discuss with your service advisor before authorizing repairs.

Lysirgic Customs LLC assumes no responsibility for the fit, performance, or safety of parts supplied by the customer. Our guarantee covers only the labor for installation, and no warranty is provided on customer-provided components or any resulting damages.

Lysirgic Customs LLC retains a mechanic's lien on the described vehicle until full payment for all services and materials is received. Ownership of the vehicle does not transfer until the account is settled in full, at which time the lien is automatically released upon receipt. 

I understand that any unforeseen issues discovered during the service require my approval before proceeding. I agree that such approval may be provided through the client portal, via text message, in person, or through a recorded phone call, and I accept these as valid forms of authorization.

A charge to cover the costs of securely packaging, transporting, and disposing of regulated hazardous materials, such as oils, acids, fuels, and other reaulated automotive fluids, generated during the service. These materials are classified as hazardous under EPA and Georgia regulations. These are including, but not limited to, those classified as flammable, corrosive, toxic, or otherwise hazardous.

I authorize Lysirgic Customs LLC, its licensed and insured employees, and agents to operate the described vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspection, diagnosis, or delivery. I understand that such operation is at my own risk and that Lysirgic Customs LLC is not liable for any loss or damage during such operation, except for that which is caused directly by the negligence of its personnel.

I hereby acknowledge that the technician has inspected my vehicle and identified critical safety deficiencies that render it non-compliant with DOT and NHTSA standards. The technician has explicitly warned me of the immediate risks and severe consequences of operating the vehicle with these unaddressed defects. which also violates official government regulations. By signing below, l explicitly refuse the recommended safety repairs and direct the technician to perform only the services I have authorized. I acknowledge that the vehicle is legally my property and responsibility. I assume all operational, financial, and legal risks, and hereby release the individual technician, Lysirgic Customs LLC, and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages resulting from my decision to operate the vehicle in its current condition.
